Meet the Exec
Just in case you lose track of things and want to know who’s who, here are this year’s exec members, complete with descriptions of what they actually do. A new exec is elected (or re-elected) at least once a year, usually towards the end of 2nd term, and any member of LUPS is free to run for a position - so take a look and see if there’s anything you’re interested in doing, you could be the future of the society!
President
Mitch Vidler
As our figurehead and ‘leader’ of sorts, the President represents LUPS and the society’s direction for the year.
Vice-Presidents

A jack-of-all-trades, the Vice-President handles all the bits and pieces that the rest of the exec don’t have time for…
Secretary
Amber Macintyre
The Secretary handles the majority of communications with members, LUSU, other societies, academic departments, coach companies, etc… In other words, the voice of LUPS.
Treasurer
Catherine Boon
Money may be the root of all evil, but the society wouldn’t last very long without any - good thing we have our Treasurer to sort out all funding and finance issues.
Safety Officer

The Safety Officer is responsible for maintaining the darkroom, as well as making sure our many escapades won’t get anyone hurt…
